3. Booking & Payment Terms
- To reserve a plot, clients must complete a booking form and pay the initial token amount as agreed.
- Full payment schedules and terms will be shared during the booking process.
- Payments must be made through authorized channels only.
- World Grow reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of non-payment or false information.
4. Documentation & Legal Compliance
- All plots sold are subject to proper title verification and legal compliance.
- Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence.
- Necessary documents such as sale deeds, tax receipts, and approval papers will be provided as per the agreement.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
